Goldberg Depression Inventory
An online depression tests of 18 questions, by psychiatrist Ivan K. Goldberg, that provides immediate feedback with a scale of your level of depression. It can be used weekly to track your moods.

The Geriatric Depression Scale
Suitable as a screening test for depressive symptoms in the elderly. This one has 15 Y/N questions.

Online Depression Test
An online depression test of 12 questions that asks you how you've have been feeling during the past few days.

A Test for Depression
This online depression test is adapted from the one used for the National Depression Day Screening and contains 23 Questions. Results fall into one of 4 groups ranging from within normal range to presence of severe depression.

Depression Assessment
Depression assessment based on the Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale which was developed in the 1970’s to detect major or clinical depression. I t has 20 questions and your responses are collected as anonymous, aggregated information and can be used for research purposes.

Depression Screening Tool
The HANDS™ Screening Tool is copyrighted ©1998 by National Mental Illness Screening Project and President and Fellow of Harvard College and is intended solely for the purpose of identifying the symptoms of depressive disorders. There are 10 questions covering feelings over the past 2 weeks.

Zung Depression Self-Assessment Test
This test is a general gauge of depression and mood. Although designed as a screening tool, it has been adapted to track your score over time as well and provides unique messages based on your specific length of treatment. For tracking over time you need to provide an email address but you can take the test without this.
