Anyone who suffers from depression knows, only too clearly, that being depressed and not being depressed is like inhabiting two different planets - we feel like two different people and life feels like two completely different experiences.

Medication, therapy or life's circumstances can help move us out of depression but the real challenge is finding a way not to return.

A major part of my recovery from depression was due to my writing the Depression Antidotes newsletter.  The more I wrote the better I understood the nature of depression. The more I understood the more choices I had until, eventually, I clawed my way out of the pit.

In the archives you'll find: a variety of answers to the question "How do I ensure I don't slip back into depression?", information on alternative approaches to depression, reader's personal experiences, practical tips, actions you can take and resources you can use. Click here to go to the first newsletter.

Use the table below to locate specific topics in the Depression Antidotes Newsletter Archive. Just click on the topic you're interested in and you'll be taken to the appropriate Depression Antidotes Newsletter.
