My personal journey through depression was the biggest challenge of my life. It's taken me years of suffering to learn the truths above.  This site was an important part of my depression recovery and I hope that by sharing what I've learned I will be able to offer you support on your own journey.

It is not my intention to duplicate what has already been done so well by the large number of excellent websites which cover depression recovery essentials.  I wanted to create something a little different - an alternative place of light, hope and inspiration.  Something more personal but equally useful to you in your search for depression help.
